Guess it did trail off…
Yup. I’m here to revive it. The goal of this blog is to share my experience analyzing a lower-middle income country’s real estate market. While data is scarce in Egypt, there is readily available, and free, data sets that hopefully will bring current insight into a market that has existed for 7000 years.
